April Update
almost 5 years ago – Thu, Apr 25, 2019 at 12:38:50 AM

Hello everyone,

We thought we'd post an update to let you know what's going on in the office and workshop.

In the workshop, the guys are currently finishing off production of the Black Hallows Townsfolk I, namely finishing off the resin casting of the stretch goals which has taken more time than we'd originally calculated. This extra time needed for the resin has been factored into the production of the second set.

In the office we're setting up files for Townsfolk II to make the moulds, so that the guys can start on the production of the next set as soon as possible. The 3D print files for Townsfolk II are also being set up, ready for test printing. We'll post some photos of the test prints soon.

A quick reminder that if you are a 3D Print Miniatures only / 3D Print everything backer and your backer number is 397 or less and you would like the physical version of the iron cage, we are more than happy to send it out to you, but there will be a small charge for postage. Just let us know you want to claim it via Kickstarter message or email.

We're also here, ready to answer any questions or queries you may have about your pledge.

For Unlocked Stretch Goals - Look Here! :)
about 5 years ago – Tue, Mar 19, 2019 at 01:49:25 AM

Hello!

Firstly, we'd like to say to all our backers, a massive "THANK YOU"!! We can't emphasize enough how excited we are to bring you the second set of Townsfolk, and how much we're looking forward to taking you deeper into the world of Black Hallows.

Secondly, as mentioned by Jon in the comments section, he had a bit of a mishap with the stretch goals graphic. He miss-timed the update and once the Kickstarter had ended, that was it - it can no longer be edited at all. We have asked Kickstarter if we can just add the image, but they said no. :( So we've put the stretch goals graphic in this update. Even though we didn't quite make it to £63,000+ we've decided to unlock the last two stretch goals anyway... how can you have a money lender- I mean "merchant" without his chest.

Finally, we will be using Backerkit as our pledge manager again. We hope that it will be ready within the next week or so. We'll post an update to confirm that pledge manager emails have been sent out. We will once again be posting regular updates on here, but we'll be doing more behind the scenes and production updates on our Facebook page.

If you have any questions for us, as always, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

You can contact us via messages on here. Or via email: [email protected]

Or via any of our social media channels: Facebook, Twitter or Instagram

Stretch goal chart is missing!
about 5 years ago – Sun, Mar 17, 2019 at 01:15:10 AM

Sorry guys, my mistake! So I was in the middle of unlocking the last 2 stretch goals, just because we love you guys and think you deserve them. I messed up and was half way through and the campaign ended, saving it in mid edit. We’ll see if Kickstarter will let us edit it again or we’ll post an update with them or maybe put them on the main header image. Anyway, we’ll sort something and you guys will get the last 2 unlocked stretch goals.

And a massive thanks for making all this Black Hallows thing happen! We’re so excited about the future.

Dwarf fighter 75mm test print

We’ve test printed a 75mm Dwarf on our SLA printer in the studio to give you an idea of how he looks. The final master for casting will be printed at a higher resolution.
