Can I just pledge for just a single hero character in 28mm or 32mm pewter?

You can only add single hero characters or single Townsfolk I characters to a main pledge.

For example, if you have pledged for the Townsfolk II set in 32mm Pewter, you can then add on any of the hero characters for £6 each or any of the Townsfolk I characters for £4 each, as add ons.

What 3 hero characters are included in the pledge?

If you have pledged for the Townsfolk II + Hero characters, or any pledge level that mentions “ 3 heros”, you will receive: The Cleric, The Monk and the Half-Orc with your pledge.

The dwarf fighter was released as an add-on, so if available to add to your pledge separately.

Only the “Painter’s pledge- 75mm resin” includes all 4 hero characters as standard.

I've pledged for a digital reward, but I'd like to add some physical items, can I do this?

Yes, definitely! All you would need to do is add the item, plus shipping.

For example, you’ve backed a digital reward, like the “3D print everything”, but you’d really like the resin and metal version of the Gaol cart. All you would do is chose this from the add-ons section. However, you will then need to add shipping onto your pledge for the physical reward.

I'm an early backer, where do I add my free iron cage?

If you’re an early backer, we have already made a note that to make sure you receive your free iron cage. There is no need to add another to your pledge (unless you’d like a second one, so whoever is in the first one has some company!)

If you’re a digital backer, who is also an early backer, we’re happy to send you out the iron cage but there’ll be a small charge just to cover postage.

Why can you not ship to my country?

Due to restrictions on goods shipments, there are certain countries that we just can’t ship to. We’re really sorry about this, but there’s nothing we can do to change international laws.

Some of our previous backers have had their pledges shipped to friends or family in countries that we have been able to ship to and then collected them from them.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
